The hardness of aluminum sheet plate is very strict when alumina sheet is used as exterior wall decoration. This requires hardening treatment in the production process of aluminum oxide plate to improve the hardness of aluminum sheet and meet the performance requirements. Processing strengthening of aluminium sheet, also known as cold work hardening, refers to the cold deformation of aluminium alloy sheet under recrystallization temperature, such as forging, calendering, drawing and drawing. During cold deformation, the dislocation density inside aluminium sheet increases and interweaves with each other to form honeycomb structure. This hinders the movement of dislocations. The greater the deformation degree, the more serious the dislocation entanglement, the greater the deformation resistance and the higher the strength.

The degree of hardening after cold deformation varies with the degree of deformation, the temperature of deformation and the properties of the material itself. When the same material is cold deformed at the same temperature, the greater the degree of deformation, the higher the strength, and the lower the plasticity. Adding some alloying elements to pure aluminium sheet to form infinite solid solution or finite solid solution can not only obtain high strength, but also obtain good plasticity and good pressure processing performance. Copper, magnesium, manganese, zinc, silicon and nickel are commonly used alloying elements in solution strengthening of general aluminium sheets.

In general, the alloying of aluminum oxide plate forms limited solid solutions, such as Al-Cu, Al-Mg, Al-Zn, Al-Si, Al-Mn binary alloys, and all of them have large ultimate solubility which can play a greater role in solid solution strengthening. The hardness of the strengthened aluminum oxide plate will be improved obviously, but its hardness can not be improved continuously; when the upper limit of hardness is reached, no matter what method, the hardness of the tata aluminium sheet can not be improved continuously, only the brand with high basic hardness can be selected.
